Way of the (Peaceful?) Warrior, your passion for Star Wars is obvious.

You provide many quotes from George Lucas and his apprentices. But that assumes Lucas is the master of the underlying material. By his own admission, he is not.

We’ve known this. In reality, Lucas watered it all down for the kids. For example, why does Lucas compare the force to the yin yang, yet ignore the middle path (perhaps the most important metaphor of that image)?

With some exploration you realize the roots of the Star Wars myth are deeper than the nutshells you’ve strewn about here. Don’t sell yourself or Star Wars short.

I suggest you apply the impressive scholarship you displayed here to the work of Campbell, Jung, and the minds that influenced them. You may begin to find what you’re really looking for there. I’ll be the first to read what you come up with.
